About Her
Meet Goldie
I'm originally from a city just outside of Chicago, and officially became a Florida resident in 2024 — but my love for animals has been with me for as long as I can remember. I've had a soft spot for animals since before I could even take my first steps! After high school, I moved to Indianapolis to take the first big step toward turning my passion into a career. Since the age of 19, I've had the opportunity to work alongside animals in a variety of settings, including animal shelters, veterinary hospitals, and even emergency medicine. Each experience taught me something new and, more importantly, continued to strengthen my love for caring for animals. Along the way, I attended grooming school and graduated at 21, officially adding professional grooming to my growing list of passions. Since then, my dedication to helping animals has remained unwavering.
Today, I'm proud to be both a Certified Professional Groomer and Veterinary Surgical Technician, bringing together my experience in veterinary medicine and grooming to provide your pets with thoughtful, knowledgeable, and compassionate care. To me, grooming is about more than making your pet look their best — it's about making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they're in my care. Every pet has their own personality (and sometimes a little attitude 😉), and I'm here to make their grooming experience as positive as possible.
